Our beloved William C. Catlett, affectionately known as W. C., was born May 12, 1947 to the late Clarence and Willie Catlett departed this life on August 12, 2021.
In his youth, William accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He was employed at Advance Transportation and USF Holland for a total of 31 years before retiring. W. C. loved to ride his motorcycle. He was first a member of the Black Jack Motorcycle Club and then a member of the State Burner Motorcycle Club of Evansville.
He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife of nineteen years: Rosetta Catlett; two sisters: Linda (Stanley) Brightman, and Mae Thompson; children: William “Billy” Osborne, Hughnita “Dawn” Moody, Rashidah “Sissy” (Charleston) Garrett, BreAune (James) Rice, and Diane and Krystal Catlett; beloved step-daughter: Nicole Thompson; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a wide circle of friends in Evansville and Hopkinsville, KY.
