Thressa "Ann" Jackson

Thressa “Ann” Jackson, age 54, of Mayfield KY passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville TN.

Thressa was born January 14, 1962 in Camden TN to David and Norma Jean Crittendon. After graduating high school, she worked as a cook for various businesses.

Thressa was a funny, fun-loving person. She always had jokes. Known to everyone as “Ann,” she was a down-to-earth person who loved her children, especially her grandchildren, her parents, and siblings. She was a hard worker and would laugh about anything. Thressa will be missed by all of her family and friends.

She is survived by two daughters: Tiffany Tharpe of Mayfield KY and Xandria Johnson of Nashville TN; one son, Charles (Candice) Johnson of Paducah KY; four grandchildren: Deontre’ Johnson, Devin Johnson, Cadence Johnson – all of Paducah KY, and Camari Callicott of Nashville TN; parents, David and Norma Jean Crittendon of Mayfield KY; two brothers: Anthony Scott Crittendon of Kevil KY, and Christopher Michael Crittendon of Mayfield KY; two sisters: Linda Kay Tharpe of Camden TN and Reba Jean Tharpe of Mayfield Ky; two nieces: Sydney and Paeyton Crittendon of Mayfield KY; four nephews: Dominique and Micah Crittendon - both of Mayfield KY, and Trevon and Kendall Crittendon – both of Paducah KY; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mayfield KY.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 1:00pm at Trinity New Hope Christian Church in Mayfield KY. Visitation will be from 11:00am until service time also at the church.
