Terry DeWayne Murphy, 60, passed away on Tuesday September 17, 2019 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital. He was born on June 15, 1959 in Evansville, IN to the late Robert Jackson and Bertha Murphy Head. Terry attended Bosse High School. He loved to watch TV, especially Big Valley and Gunsmoke. He had a great sense of humor and never met a stranger.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his grandmother: Emma Denningham; sisters: Betty Denningham, Pamela Johnson; nieces: Carlene Willis, Deasijha Willis.

Surviving Terry are sisters: Geraldine Maffett (Willie) of Atlanta, sister/caregiver Nellie Sherman (Gregory) of Evansville, Judy Jackson, Angie Gott both of Evansville, Clarissa Denningham of Tucson, AZ, Gertha Johnson (Lewis), Ericka Thomas (Ray) both of Fort Wayne; brothers: Clarence Denningham (Deborah), Neal Denningham both of Marietta, GA,
Harold Glenn Murphy, Robert Woody Jackson (Kim) both of Indianapolis, Jeffery Jackson (Leslie) of Evansville, David Jackson (Jeniffer) of Basville, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
