Terrance Patrick Williams was born March 17th, 1968, in Henderson, KY to Nanetta Jackson Williams and the late Thomas Lee Williams. Terrance accepted Jesus Christ at a young age and was baptized by the late Reverend Willis Cheaney at Mt Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Evansville, IN. Terrance later moved with his family to Greater St. James Missionary Baptist church under the leadership of the late Reverend Douglas F. Smith. He sang in the Junior choir and participated in Sunday School as well as annual Christmas and Easter programs. Terrance later became a member of Greater Hope Christian Church under the leadership of Dr. J. C. Campbell where he enjoyed participating in the Men of Purpose Ministries. Terrance attended Jefferson Elementary school in Henderson, KY as well as Delaware and Culver Elementary schools in Evansville. He was a 1986 graduate of Bosse high school and went on to attend Ivy Tech Community College studying automotive technology.
Terrance held several jobs including prep cook, security, and fire watch until his passion for cars landed him a position at Auto Zone. Terrance worked for Auto Zone for several years on First Ave until he moved next door to O’Reilly’s auto parts. Terrance continued to work his way up and became the assistant manager where he continued to work until his death.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother: Kennen Jackson; and grandparents: Benetta Jackson, Andrew Jackson, Victoria Williams, and John D. Williams.
Terrance leaves to continue to honor and celebrate his memory mother: Nanetta Williams; sisters: Wendy Williams, Vera Williams, and Karla Williams; brothers: Justin Williams and Cameron Williams; nieces: Venetria Williams Massey (Willie), Monique Norris; nephew Kameron Williams: host of aunties, uncles, cousins, and close friends. His O’Reilly’s work family. Also, his dog Sasha who was with him when he went to be with the Lord.
