Petunia Marie Calhoun, 76, of Evansville, IN passed away Tuesday November 19, 2019. She was born August 13, 1943 to the late Herman and Rhoda Outlaw. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Evansville. Petunia was always devoted to her family and church. For more than 50 years, she was a member of Dove Chapel Baptist Church where she was an usher. Of the many jobs that Petunia worked, including being a manager at Buy Low Foods, she cherished most being a homemaker as a wife and mother to her children. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Bruce Calhoun.
Petunia leaves in her memory, her husband of 55 years: Robert Calhoun, Sr.;
Children: Robert Calhoun, Jr (Sadelle), Ann Trask (Joe) both of Evansville, and Anthony Calhoun of Indianapolis.
She leaves in her shadow, sisters: Bert Edwards of Evansville, Ruth Mimms of Indianapolis, Gloria Everheart of Evansville, and Jeanette Outlaw of Evansville. Brothers: Charles Outlaw of Indianapolis, Donald Outlaw of Indianapolis, Arthur Outlaw of Evansville, and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
