Pamela Renee Haskins, known to her loved ones as Pam, passed away on September 16, 2023, in Evansville, Indiana, at the age of 59. She was born on September 6, 1964, in Kittery, Maine, USA, to Paul and Elizabeth Haskins.
Pam was a dedicated and accomplished professional. She held various Human Resources positions at Sears and Roebuck, Alcoa, Mead Johnson, and Aerotek. Additionally, she pursued her passion for interior decorating as a part of her career, working at JC Penney.
Pamela cherished her faith and was an active member of the Nazarene Baptist Church, where she found solace and strength. She worshipped alongside her community, finding comfort and support in her religious beliefs.
Outside of her professional life, Pam had a variety of hobbies that brought her joy. She had a green thumb and spent countless hours tending to her garden. Pam was also an excellent cook and enjoyed experimenting with new recipes. She had a passion for composting and cared deeply about sustainability. Pam delighted in the presence of hummingbirds and found peace in their delicate beauty.
Pamela will be deeply missed by her surviving family members, including her son, Landon Haskins Bennett, her sister, Paula Haskins, her brother, Karl Haskins, and her parents, Paul, and Elizabeth Haskins, and several adopted god children along with close family friends, Janay Thomas, Justin Turner, Gilda Turner, and Ebony Ragland.
Contributions in her memory can be made to Joshua Academy or Heart to Heart Hospice, organizations that were close to her heart.
Pamela Renee Haskins will be remembered for her dedication to her family, her career, her unwavering faith, her love for gardening and cooking, and her deep commitment to sustainability. May her soul find eternal peace.
