Michale Anthony Rankin

Michale Anthony “Slim” Rankin was born January 1, 1958 to Helen J. Byrd and Roy Van Rankin, Jr. He graduated from Bosse High School in 1976 and then entered the United States Army. Michale loved playing board games and spending time with his family. He also loved his dog Bobo. He was a loving and devoted caregiver to his mother for many years.

Michale is preceded in death by his father: Roy Van Rankin, Jr., brothers: Geno Rankin, Desi Rankin, Roy Van Rankin, III; sisters: Denise Rankin, Regina Rankin, Renae Rankin.

Michale is survived by his daughter: Jada Rankin; mother: Helen J. Byrd; sisters: Belinda Landers, Natalie Rankin, Lanitia Rankin, Tracena Rankin, Megan Rankin, Debra Roach; brothers: Fletcher Byrd, DeWayne Rankin; former wife: Stephanie Rankin and a host of nieces and nephews.
