Kaylei Lahnay Carter

Kaylei Lahnay Carter, 1 1/2, years old was carried to Heaven on the wings of Angels on May 11, 2016. She was born September 3, 2014 in Atlanta, GA to Whitney Carter and Lernard Colzie.

Kaylei was a happy child who loved all things Disney. Her favorite toy was her Minnie Mouse and her favorite food was any kind of fruit. She enjoyed listening to music and would nod her head to the beat. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Kaylei is survived by her grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and many family friends.


Are there rocking chairs in Heaven
where little babies go?
Do the angels hold you closely
and rock you to and fro?

You brought such joy into my life,
the short time you were here.
