Justin William Dorris, age 34 of Henderson, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at Deaconess Henderson Hospital. He was born on August 11, 1987, in Henderson, Kentucky to James Foreman and Angie DeJarnett.
Justin accepted Christ at an early age and attended Little Canaan Baptist Church, where he sang in the choir and danced. He attended Henderson County High School and was most definitely the class clown. He loved playing basketball and was an avid Duke and Celtics fan. Justin worked for Trelleborg and Marks Mattress Outlet for an extended amount of time. He never met a stranger and always kept a smile on his face and always had a joke or two ready for you when he saw you.
He was a very respectful man who was full of life and was always dressed from head to toe. His personality was outgoing, and he was always willing to do anything he could to help his family and friends and never complained.
Justin was preceded in death by his grandfather: Kenneth Dorns; and grandmothers: Verda Mae Dorris and Zettie May Foreman.
He leaves to cherish his memory daughter: Araya “Poo” Dorris, son: Jaylin “Duke” Dorris; mother: Angie DeJarnett; father: James Foreman; stepfather: Danny DeJarnett; grandmother: Carolyn DeJarnett; his only sister Brittany DeJarnett; his devoted and loving fiancée of 20 years Frances Stone; nephews: Rishaun DeJarnett, Richard Green, Rishard Green, Ricardye Green, and Senica Wilson; nieces: Raleighn Wilson and Envy Wilson; aunts: Paula Collins and Willie Mae Foreman; uncles: Tony Welch, Joe Foreman, and Stacy Foreman; a host of close family and friends.
