Jo’Neisha Ann Ealum, affectionally known as “Jojo,” was born on May 28th, 1988, in Evansville, Indiana, to Arthur Ealum Jr. and Ann Parker. She graduated from Bosse High School in 2006. Jojo never met a stranger. No matter where she went, she always knew someone. She loved to draw and hang out with her friends in her spare time. You could always find her on her phone talking if she was not doing her nails. She also loved spending time with her Uncle Courtney and her fur baby Capone.
She was a daddy's girl from when she was little until her passing. She enjoyed betting on football games with him. She got her artistic skills from her Uncle Courtney. She loved to request a carrot cake for her birthday from her mother and then complain about it to everyone. One of her favorite pastimes was talking on the phone with her sister and nagging at Kenneth. Jojo loved to dress her Pitbull Capone up. She was always prepared for a good time with her shooters. She was a human alarm clock that woke everyone with early morning phone calls to ask what they were doing, and she will always be remembered for her infectious smile and her ability to communicate with everyone she encountered.
Although Jo’Neisha may be gone from Earth, she will live forever in our hearts. It broke our hearts to lose her so soon. However, we accept her passing, knowing she is now at peace and free from pain. We will forever be grateful for the 36 years we had with her. To know her was to love her and she will be deeply missed by all those whose lives she touched.
Jojo was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Dixon, grandfather, Courtney Dixon, great-grandmother, Elodia Martin, and fur baby Haus.
She leaves behind her parents, Art Ealum, Jr. (Misty), Ann Parker (Donnie); grandparents Arthur and Shirley Ealum; great-grandfather John Martin; sister Kiah (Deon); brothers Adonimi and Adonis Parker, Joey Ealum (Abbie) and Donovan Ealum; step-siblings: Tu’Nesha Woods (Jerid), La’Kesha Abell (Logan), KaDeidra, Talia (Brandon), Montell, and Maliek; companion Kenneth Tidwell; several nieces, nephews, an aunt, uncles, cousins, fur baby Capone and friends.
