Joan Blondell Arnett Jones was born Nov. 15, 1937 to William and Dorothy Judson Arnett of Earlington, KY. Joan departed this life on Monday May 14, 2018 at NHC Nursing home in Madisonville, KY. She attended J.W. Million High School graduating in 1956. She retired from Regional Medical Center. Joan was baptized into Lively Stone Church where she was a faithful member until her health prevented her from attending.
Her hobbies were visiting local restaurants, doing word-search puzzles, and listening to Gospel music. Her favorite song was “You Can Depend on God” sung by her favorite soloist, Deacon Thomas Sams. Joan also loved children.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers: William Arnett, Jr., John Arnett, and Charles Arnett.
She leaves to cherish her memory, one sister: Rachel Arnett of Madisonville, KY, one brother: Gene Arnett of South Carolina; her special caregivers & friends: Benjamin Isabelle and Sister Eva Lucille Morrison; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and lots of friends.
