Jessie Charles Pullom was born on September 7, 1973, to Mary Alice Johnson and Jessie Charles Stone. He was later adopted by Blanton and Beatrice Pullom. On July 9, 2024, Jessie entered into Eternal Rest at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital with family by his side.
Jessie held numerous jobs over the past several years. His most recent job was at Toyota Manufacturing in Princeton, IN. He owned a lawn mowing company and was known as a hard worker and a great provider for his children. Jessie loved the Lord and Savior often reading his bible and quoting scriptures to others. He also sang Gospel, R&B, and Rap music. Jessie had a special bond with his cousin Esther Pullom, who he called his sister.
Jessie never met a stranger and had a gift for conversing with people. He was a people person who enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends who loved him for who he was. He was an “Old Soul” who as he became a man & father, would impart wisdom to others that his father had shared with him. His mother loved and spoiled Jessie as she would lovingly call him “Pea”.
Jessie was a great friend and nephew as well as a great brother and cousin. His love for his children was given unconditionally.
Jessie was preceded in death by his parents Blanton & Beatrice Pullom; grandparents; a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Jessie leaves to cherish his memory and his precious love, his children, Saria, Javious and Jaziah, Baby Boy Jerimaya, and his sweet Baby Girl, Jamira; siblings, Rev. Herrie Pullom, Sr., affectionately called Big Brother (Irene Pullom), Bernadette Johnson, Mustleat Johnson, Jessika Stone, John Johnson, Jajuan Stone; uncles, Willie E. Hardwick (Marlyce), Robert Lee Stone (Jenny), James P. Stone, Jessie Stone; first cousin, James Kemp; nephew who was more like a brother, Herrie Pullom, Jr.; a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
