Jean Ann Royston was born on August 28, 1966, to the late John and Dorothy Walker in Mayfield, KY. She was called home on December 15, 2020 in Louisville KY.
Jean Ann accepted Christ and became a member at Second Christian Church at an early age. She graduated from Mayfield High School, went on to Murray State and graduated from Paducah Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing giving her the ability to become a Registered Nurse.
Jean Ann was a very caring, loving, and nurturing woman, mother, and nurse. Taking care of people was her passion. She worked at Jewish Hospital in the ICU and at University of Louisville Hospital in the ER. She dedicated her life to forever take care of and love other people.
She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Dorothy Walker; brothers: Wallace Jackson and Tony Walker; sisters: Brenda Morris and Francine Blanton; son: Jeantrell Byas.
Jean Ann leaves to cherish her memory, husband Michael Jerome Royston; daughters: Markishia and Christjen Byas; sister: Lisa Burnett; brothers: Michael (Stacy) Walker and Howard (Janice) Moss; granddaughter: Kamari Winder (Love Bug); host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Due to COVID restrictions, masks are required and social distancing will be practiced.
