Herman A. Hill, 80, of Evansville, Indiana passed away on April 10, 2022 at his home. He was born on April 21, 1941 in Evansville to the late Rev. Robert Hill and Eva Mae Suggs.
Herman was a graduate of Reitz Memorial Catholic High School Class of 1959, Evansville, IN. He was a retiree of Bristol-Myers Squibb/Mead Johnson. He was a member of the C.A.P.E. staff. He was long-time member of St. John’s Catholic Church of Evansville. He was also a member of the Knights of St. Peter Claver where he was the first Grand Knight of the Monsignor Herman Mootz Council 239. He was also a Lincoln Clark Douglas alumni.
He was predeceased by his brothers: George Hill of Evansville and Sherman Hill of Milwaukee, WI; and his grandmother: Mary Kinchlow of Evansville.
He is survived by his life companion: Wilma Johnson of Evansville; brothers: Donald (Torey) Suggs and Robert (Jim) Suggs; nephews: Devin Suggs and Miles Suggs; nieces: Melinda Fishman (Thomas Graboski) and Abbie Fishman both of Milwaukee, WI; and his special heart: Kajua Johnson.
