Frank Raleigh Gray, Jr. was born April 18, 1977 to Frank R. Gray, Sr. and Christine Reeves Gray in Hopkinsville, KY. Junior made his transition from earth to heaven on March 12, 2017. He graduated from Union County High School in 1995.
On June 1, 2013, he was united in holy matrimony to Mary Wenzel. To this uniion 4 children were born; Bryce Raleigh, Makayla Hope, Miah Shaelyn and Nevaeh Christine. Junior called all his children his little babies.
Junior was employed at Country Corner, Higgins, Atlantis Plastics, Job Corps, Rayloc, Shawnee Harbor, White County Coal and Hamilton County Coal. He was a hard-working man always providing for his family. Junior loved his family and he was loved by many. He had a smile that would light up a room when he walked in. He was an avid hunter fisherman, and paint-ball shooter. Junior was known to many as Pimp 77, Chocolate Thunder and HNIC. He was a loving, smiling, generous person.
He was preceded in death by his mother Christine Reeves Gray.
Junior leaves to cherish his memory, his wife: Mary Gray of Equality, Ill.; four children: Bryce, Makayla, Miah, Nevaeh all of Equality, IL; his father: Frank Gray, Sr. of Sturgis; 6 sisters: Ranada Gray of Sturgis, Rena Burkins (Ronnie) of Morganfield, Cherie Pearson of Hopkinsville, Carmon Elam of Hopkinsville, Mitzi Spaulding (Lester) of Evansville, Robin Oliver of Morganfield; 1 brother: Andre Elam (Valarie) of Morganfield. He is also survived by 5 uncles: William Gray, Marshal Gray, Monzel Gray, Kenneth Gray, all of Hopkinsville and Gary Gray of Tacoma, Washington; 2 aunts: Claudette Gee of Hopkinsville, Melba Bradley of Chicago; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services are Friday March 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Carrs Chapel Baptist Church in Morganfield with visitation on Thursday March 16, 2017 from 4-8 p.m. also at the church. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery Morganfield. Final care entrusted to Mason Brothers Audubon Chapel. Leave condolences at
