Dennis Stone Sr.

Dennis Wayne Stone, Sr., 63, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022.
He was born in Madisonville, KY on March 31, 1959, to the late Charles Stone, Sr. and Bobbie Mae Davis Logan. After completing high school, Dennis joined the U.S. Army Reserves serving his country for several years.
He worked in the concrete business until he became injured and disabled but his mechanical abilities and love for cars allowed him to do auto repair for many years afterward.
Mr. Stone loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He had a talent for cooking and enjoyed cooking meals for his family and friends, especially his famous fried catfish. He possessed a passion for music of all kinds.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Nancy Stone of Jacksonville, FL, and the mother of their ABC kids, Regina Stone, of Madisonville, KY.
Mr. Stone is survived by his wife: Stacy Stone of Madisonville, KY; and eight children: Tanja Kirkwood of Madisonville, KY, Ashley (Kenneth) Phelps of McDonough, GA, Brittany Stone of Madisonville, KY, Christina Ortiz of Madisonville, KY, Emily Stone of Madisonville, KY, Cora Larkin of Madisonville, KY, Dennis Stone, Jr. of Madisonville, KY, and Flint (Hailey) Stone of Monticello, KY; four sisters: Mary Allensworth of Madisonville, KY, Sheral Logan of Madisonville, KY, Jennie Logan of Madisonville, KY, and Rosalind Logan of Bowling Green, KY; four brothers: Charles (Effie) Stone, Jr. of Adairville, KY, Tracy (Mary) Logan of Madisonville, KY, Kenneth Logan of Madisonville, KY, and Carlos (Mary) Logan of Conyers, GA; 28 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
