David Allen Jackson

David Allen Jackson, age 55, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center. He was born April 30, 1960 to Mary Etta and Hollie Jackson, Sr. in Mayfield KY and was a graduate of Mayfield High School.

David was a former supervisor at Pilgrim’s Pride and was recently employed at Time Warner Cable as a technician.

David was preceded in death by his father, Hollie Jackson, Sr.; three sisters: Sheila Jackson, Carolyn Jackson, and on April 9, 2016 Sharon Jackson; and his grandparents: Tom and Edna Jackson and Fred and Addie Mae Blakemore.

Surviving are his sons: Matthew Brooks and Daniel Jackson; his mother, Mary Etta Jackson of Mayfield KY; two brothers: Hollie Jackson, Jr. and Tommy Jackson – both of Mayfield KY four sisters: LaDonna Jackson, Brenda Jackson, Genella (James) Parrot – all of Mayfield and Mary Jane (Marlow) Todd of Detroit MI; two aunts, Hallie Williams and Vergie Ford of Buffalo NY; two uncles: Willie L. (Debbie) Blakemore and Gobble (Arnell) Jackson – both of Mayfield KY; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 1:00pm at His House Ministries, 1250 State Route 303, Mayfield KY with visitation from 10:00am until service time at the church.
