Darrius Eugene Vance

Darrius Vance, 31, went home to be with our heavenly father on Friday May 26, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital. Darrius Eugene Vance was born on November 10, 1985 in Evansville, IN to Joyce Ann Vance & Wendell Eugene Turner. Darrius attended Washington Middle School where he graduated and went on to high school at Benjamin Bosse High School.
Darrius was a loving father, son, brother, and nephew. He loved to work on computers and enjoyed being with his friends. He worked at Ameriqual as a packer.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Beverly Turner.
Darrius leaves to cherish his memory his beautiful daughter: La’May Marie Vance of Evansville; stepdaughter: Ma’Kya Grace Tuck of Evansville; a beautiful sister with whom he was very close: La’Toyia Marie Vance of Indianapolis; brother: Zachary Turner of Cincinnati; parents: Joyce Ann Vance of Evansville and Wendell Eugene Turner of Henderson; loving grandparents who loved him dearly and who he loved so, so deeply: Charles & Mary Vance and Ben Turner all of Evansville. And a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew Major Vance and a host of cousins & friends. He also leaves a very close and dear special friend Vanita Jameese Smart (AKA Pinky).
