Cornelia White Penn

Cornelia Penn was born on January 13, 1958,  to Oscar Purcell and Earline Randolph White in Chicago, IL.       She was a lively spirit who loved being around family and friends.  She was also known for her love of the church and devoted much of her time to her faith.  Her kind heart and joyful spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.   

She leaves behind her husband, William Penn; 2 children, Shamika & Dwayne White; one granddaughter, Deja; and 2 great-grandchildren, Dailah and Dailicia; siblings, Cordelia, Deborah, and Gale. Cornelia will always be remembered for the warmth and light she brought into the world.
