Clarence E. Brigham, 66, transitioned from Earth to Eternity on November 16, 2024, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital. He was born to the late Billy Cartwright and Mayme Turner Brigham in Evansville, IN. He attended Wheeler Elementary School and graduated from Central High School where he played football. Clarence enlisted in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge after serving 4 years.
Throughout his work career, Clarence was employed at the Henderson Kentucky Water Department. He most recently worked as a carpenter for Walt Lowe Construction.
Clarence loved his family and enjoyed making people laugh. He was a loving and over-protective father and grandfather who loved to fish and grill. His specialty was barbecue ribs and steaks. He was an adventurous person who traveled and enjoyed visiting new places.
In addition to his parents, Clarence is preceded in death by grandchildren, Dangela Hardy, and In’ternity Crook.
Clarence leaves to cherish his memory, his fiance’, Sevadra Hazelwood; daughters, Eunik Brigham, and Candace Coleman; grandchildren, D’Angelo Reed, Dontell Hardy, Dontiana Hardy,; great-grandchildren, D’alian Reed, Dontell Hardy, Jr., Alanna Reed; siblings, Mattie Holland, Brittany Cartwright, Karen Stewart, Marsh Nichols, Will Cartwright, Billy Cartwright, Ocie Nichols; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
