Calab Delmar DeShay Luckett

Calab Delmar DeShay Luckett, age 18, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2016. He was born to Stephan Luckett, Sr. and Jennifer Schwartz.

Calab’s life may have ended too soon but not before he gave his life to Christ. Baptized at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church by Rev. Fred Moore, he later attended Little Valley Missionary Baptist Church. He was a stellar student. Caleb loved his nieces and nephews, cooking and baking. He touched the lives of his family and friends in a positive way with his beautiful smile, playful manner, and big heart.

Calab was preceded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Skelton Parchman; his grandfather, David Butler; and his uncle Jacquett Luckett.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Jennifer Schwartz of Evansville IN; his father, Stephan Luckett, Sr. of Evansville IN; his sister, Jenique Schwartz of Evansville IN; brothers, Jayvontae Schwartz, Stephan Luckett, Jr., Savon Luckett, Corwin Cundiff, Avery Luckett, and Ryder Esquer – all of Evansville IN; his grandparents: Deborah Schwartz and Linda and Thomas Bentley – all of Evansville IN; his aunts: Marchetta Anderson, Dorsha Crawford, Bridgett Garnett, Zarlena Nance, Mary Jean and Kathy Butler, Sharon Clemons, Michelle Schwartz, Sara Schwartz, Riachel Mosteller, and Nancy Byrd – all of Evansville IN; his uncles: Christopher Mosteller and Eric Reid, both of Evansville IN; his nieces: Raelynn Huebner, Penelope Rivera, and Zaria Goodwin; his nephew, Ayden Smith; special cousins: Elijah Parchman, Mychael Montreal, Jasmine Tomlinson, Abriah Luckett, Bridjunnie Garnett, Aminah Parchman, Willie, Lewis, and Deana Byrd, Willow Schwartz, Myla Reid; and best friend, Rolandis Chambers.
