Bruce Howard

Bruce Howard, age 60, of Henderson KY, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February
28th, 2017. He lived a full and adventurous life that began September 26, 1956 born to Mary
Howard Gregory and George Howard. Bruce was the oldest of three children and lead the
pack with big smiles and bright ideas. As a child, Bruce was fearless. He grew to love the river
and was an avid fisherman. His happiest place was on the Green River with his poles and his
knives.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Mary and Hallie Wingo,
stepfather Clifford Gregory, granddaughter Kiara L. Cosby and his brother Aaron Howard.

Bruce is survived by mother: Mary Gregory of Henderson; father: George E. Howard (Evon) of Owensboro KY; three daughters: Devin, Alondra, and Breanna Howard and their mother Margaret Howard, all of Henderson; brother: Danny Howard(Voncile) of Killeen, TX; sisters: Leslie Hunn (Jerry) of Henderson, KY, Cynthia Robinson (Clarence) of Killeen TX, Odessa Howard and Victoria Jennings (Darcel) all of Owensboro KY; step brother: Neal Harris (Kelly) of Lexington KY; as well as two loving uncles: George Wingo of Evansville, IN and Randy Wingo of Mayfield, KY; an aunt: Linda Dorsey of Mayfield, KY; and six grandchildren whom he cherished. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends were also left to cherish his memory.

Funeral Services will be at Greater Norris Chapel Baptist Church in Henderson KY, Friday, March 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until service time.
