Brenda D. Fingers

April 21, 1951 — March 23, 2016

Brenda D. (Miller) Fingers, 64, died March 23 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Ky., after a long illness.Mrs. Fingers, a Rex Mundi High School graduate, was retired from Bristol Myers, and was an active member of Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Oscar D.; parents, Damon and Esther Miller; and brothers, Phillip and Damond “Mony” Miller.

Surviving are a daughter, Addrianne Miles; a son, Alan Fingers; sisters, Carolyn Sue Langley, Karen E. Swope, Doris Joanne Douglas; brothers, Brian K. Miller and Vaughn Eric Johnson; and close friend, Rebecca Douglas; grandchildren, Korey Miles, AlanShamond Hazlewood, Jeremiah, Oscar, Alan, Danielle and Keona Fingers, and Breona Ndiour, Azaria, Alicia, Elijah and Rashad Fingers; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Nazarene Baptist Church, 867 E Walnut St., with Pastor Larry A. Rascoe officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and until service time Friday at the church. Mason Brothers Funeral Home, 1001 Lincoln Ave., Evansville, is in charge of arrangements.
