Archie Lee Thomas

Archie Lee Thomas, affectionately known as “Big Archie,” age 76, of Madisonville KY, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 7:25am at Baptist Health Madisonville. He was born in Cadiz, Kentucky to Carter Edom and Mildred Thomas.

Archie lived in Evansville, Indiana for many years and worked at ALCOA Operations prior to retiring and relocating to Madisonville.

He leaves to cherish his memory, a daughter, LaRoma Thomas (Hubbard Walker); a son, Archie Thomas and his mother, Elizabeth Thomas; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Alice Croney (Zebe Greene); one uncle, Edgar Thomas; nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, May 6, 2016 at 12:00noon at Mason Brothers Memorial Chapel, 1001 Lincoln Avenue, Evansville IN 47714. Friends may call from 11:00am until service time also at the funeral home. Condolences may be left at www.masonbrothersfuneralservices.com
