Annetta Marie Johnson, born June 12, 1953, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020, in her home in Evansville, IN. Annetta was born in Chicago, and later moved to Rockwood, TN. She worked in and later retired from K-25, X-10, and Y-12 nuclear power plants in Oakridge, TN. She moved to Evansville, IN in 2006. Annetta raised three children as a single mom. Her children and grandchildren were the most important parts of her life. She also loved everything about hair care, and enjoyed watching her favorite television shows: Chicago Fire, Law and Order SVU, and The Walking Dead.
Annetta is preceeded in death by Mama, her caretaker when she was a child. She is also preceeded in death by her Aunt Hazel. Annetta is survived by her mother, Bertha Evans; her three children, Shayla (Levar Brown) Davidson-Brown of Chattanooga, TN, Shayn Davidson of Kingston, TN, and Briana (Megan Lollar) Johnson of Evansville, IN; her grandchildren, Amari Brown, Kyi Brown, and Robert Anders; and several cousins that she regarded as brothers and sisters
